PDFs

PDFs are immediate downloads that can be accessed forever once they are purchased. Because of this, we cannot issue any refunds and encourage customers to read through the item details and reach out to us with any questions or concerns prior to purchasing.

Printed Box Kits

Printed Box Kits are handmade to order. Once they have been made, we are unable to refund. If you would like to cancel or change an order, please reach out to us immediately after purchase. Any kit that has not been made yet can be cancelled.
